Senior Digital Marketing Manager - FX/CFD Industry

A leading FX Trading company based in Limassol, Cyprus are looking to recruit a 'Senior Digital Marketing Manager'.

The salary is paying up to 48k basic, plus a discretionary bonus, dependant on experience.

This is a permanent role.

You must have experience working in a Marketing role within the FX/CFD industry to be considered.

• Develop, implement, track, and optimize the digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, SEO/SEM PPC, social media, email, and content marketing
• Monitor and analyse performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s) and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends to inform product positioning and messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses, gather insights, and optimize marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in marketing within the FX/CFD Industry, preferably in a managerial role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
• Creative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with the latest marketing trends
• Experience with digital marketing channels including social media, email, and website
• Knowledge on multi-platform marketing campaigns
