Senior Business Development Manager - FX Industry

A leading Financial Trading company based in Dubai are looking to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager.

The salary package is very competitive, plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire sales cycle process to ensure optimal productivity and successful completion of sales and pipeline reports, as well as competitor information.
• Build rapport and establish credibility with clients through networking opportunities and skilfully presenting comprehensive solutions that address their international payment needs and Forex requirements.
• Engage in cold calling and actively participate in telemarketing activities and initiatives targeting potential clients, while conducting thorough research and analysis of clients' business objectives.
• Identify the FX and international payment requirements of prospective clients, with the aim of developing customized solutions and action plans.

  
Requirements

• Financially knowledgeable with a solid understanding of FX business.
• Proven track record of success in acquiring new business.
• Effective communicator, with a deep comprehension of consultative sales principles.
• Skilled in negotiations at the executive level.
• Proficient in establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
• Must possess a sound understanding of Financial Services/FX market.
