About the Role
A leading Financial Trading company based in New York are looking to recruit an IT Security Analyst.
The salary package is very competitive, plus discretionary Bonus.
You MUST have experience in IT Security role or similar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive IT support and maintenance in a local office.
- Manage the physical assets of IT, including delivery, distribution, handling, and tracking.
- Oversee workstation management during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Utilize approved cybersecurity tools and techniques to identify and respond to real-time incidents and threats.
- Perform initial Security Operations activities by triaging and processing alerts from in-house security tools such as Azure Security Center, Office 365 Security, ATP/AWS Security Hub.
- Identify and implement security enhancements, including fine-tuning policies for legitimate alert creation and automating tasks.
- Conduct regular phishing campaigns and collaborate on vulnerability management for the remediation of audit and penetration test findings.
- Work collaboratively with technology teams to ensure efficient and effective operation of endpoint security controls.
- Facilitate access reviews for Business Defined Apps & Services.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge and experience with the Windows 10 operating system, standard software applications, and computer hardware components.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DHCP, VPN, Routing).
- Familiarity with Active Directory and different authentication protocols/standards.
