About the Role
A leading Financial Trading company based in New York are looking to recruit a 'Head of Sales'.
You must have Sales (or similar role) experience within FX/CFD Trading to be considered for this role.
The Salary package is very competitive offering a great commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute a sales and communication strategy to facilitate efficient customer onboarding by the managed team.
- Identify new business opportunities and assess clients' needs.
- Establish and streamline sales processes for new business development and long-term customer relationship management.
- Supervise the assigned sales team and allocate resources to achieve sales objectives within the existing customer network as well as for new business development.
- Collaborate closely with sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain training and coordination across the sales network.
- Proactively contact and pursue prospects, converting them into customers.
- Collect and process necessary documents for completing account openings when required.
- Educate clients about our products and services as necessary.
Experience and Skills Required:
- Possess a minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in the Forex and CFD trading industry.
- Exhibit exceptional telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a track record of exceeding expectations, resilience, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
