About the Role
A leading Financial Trading company based in New York is looking to recruit a CRM Manager.
The Salary package is very competitive, plus discretionary Bonus.
You MUST have 'CRM Management' experience, ideally within Financial Services or E-commerce industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the CRM strategy for your designated brands and territories, with a focus on all areas of the client lifecycle, including conversion, retention, and reactivation.
- Assume responsibility for customer value key performance indicators (KPIs), such as fund-to-trade rate, reactivation rate, and incremental volume, trades, and revenue.
- Implement communication and promotional activities that enhance client engagement through social media, market news, market analysis, education, etc.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to execute the agreed client strategy and support legal, regulatory, and customer service communications (including maintaining a contact audit trail and a bounce-back process to meet audit and regulatory requirements).
- Manage the delivery of the communication calendar (developed in coordination with the regional team).
- Manage stakeholder expectations regarding the testing and implementation timeline of copy and imagery provided by the content/regional team into live campaigns.
Experience Required:
- Relevant CRM experience at a similar level within ecommerce-led organizations.
- Proven track record of executing CRM campaigns and journeys that enhance client retention and lifetime value.
- Good proficiency with CRM tools – Marketing Cloud experience is preferred.
- Experience in delivering real-time dynamic email content.
- Experience in creating compelling campaign proposals and presenting results.
- Results-driven and commercially oriented.
