Compliance Analyst - FX Industry

A leading FX Trading company based in the Chicago are looking to recruit a 'Compliance Analyst'.

The salary package is very competitive, plus discretionary Bonus.

You MUST have compliance experience in the FX Industry.
  
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary compliance contact for the regulated entities.
- Develop and maintain compliance policies and processes in accordance with regulatory developments, business changes, and operational requirements.
- Document and address client complaints and generate management information related to complaints.
- Review and approve financial promotions.
- Conduct stress testing of procedures, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on new regulations affecting the business, including changes in regulatory and industry practices, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Plan and conduct compliance desk reviews and risk-based monitoring as per an established review plan.
- Establish and maintain adequate policies, procedures, systems, records, and controls to identify, mitigate, prevent, and manage regulatory risks, including drafting and overseeing policy documentation.
- Provide support for regulatory filings and prepare for regulatory visits, inspections, and audits.
- Maintain professional development by obtaining and renewing licenses and certifications, including required regulatory and legislative training.
  
Experience and Skills Required:
- Experience working in the FX, CFDs, Cash equities, and financial derivatives sectors
- Minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in a financial services environment
- Strong working knowledge of international financial services regulations and requirements
