Client Management Associate - FX Trading Industry

A leading Financial Services company based in Frankfurt, Germany is looking to recruit a 'Client Management Associate'.
  
The role is paying circa 80K Euros (65K basic plus bonus) and is on a permanent contract.
  
You MUST have Client / Account Management experience.
  
Key Responsibilities -

• Work with Client Management, Client Services, Operations and Production support teams within the Global Payments Business to help provide clients with accurately and timely support.
• Support with onboarding new clients.
• Assistance with designing client training and processes for the Global Payments systems and products available.
• Collaborate with the Global Client Management team on business projects and initiatives.
• Travel for client visits when required.
• Track and report customer metrics.

  
Experience and Skills Required -

• Interest in Finance.
• Previous client support experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of the payments services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel.
• Self-reliant and confident working within a small team with exposure to key business stakeholders.
